About EQVI
Twenty years of building customer engagement platforms for the banking industry have led to one idea: banking should understand people, not just transactions.
The journey began in 2005 with Eqvilibria Club, one of the pioneering lifestyle platforms built for banks, combining loyalty programs, privileges, concierge services, and partner ecosystems for clients including Société Générale, Intesa Sanpaolo, Swedbank, Alfa-Bank, and more than twenty additional financial institutions.
It continued with Mastercard Izbrannoe, among the first lifestyle platforms developed for an international payment network; Eqvilibria, an early banking marketplace created in partnership with Raiffeisen Bank and Citibank; and Vedomosti iMall, a travel and fashion marketplace developed together with partners including Austrian Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and British Airways.
In parallel, the same team created EQVI Life Assistant, one of the earliest conversational assistants designed to bring multiple areas of everyday life into a single intelligent interface, and EQVI Labs, which conducted international research and large-scale product validation across travel, commerce, education, healthcare, and lifestyle services, reaching a combined audience of nearly one million users worldwide.
Today, this collective experience has evolved into EQVI — an AI-powered Life Operating System built specifically for banks, helping financial institutions become trusted, everyday companions in their customers’ lives through continuous, personalized conversations.
